Waste Management Innovation: A Joint U.S.-India Conference

“Toward a Green and Circular Economy”

April 17-18, 2017 at the Oberoi Hotel, Mumbai

This unique conference will bring together industry experts from the United States and India, as well as government officials and academic thought leaders, to identify innovative waste reduction technologies and practices that will enable the Indian economy to achieve sustainable economic growth

The U.S. Consulate in Mumbai, sponsor of the conference, has established a seed capital fund to invest in promising new initiatives, such as innovative waste reduction or avoidance technologies and practices. Proposals for funding will be solicited based on the results of the conference.

This conference is being organized by The Ohio State University, in cooperation with the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
